This is a good solution to the sore neck and back problems caused by his work at the computer all day. Its design is very intimate. Use a soft material instead of cardboard to squeeze the back violently.

Bought this recently as having problems with pains in back/neck/shoulder from gym workouts.Unpackaged this and read the instructions, tried it on and setup the posture via Velcro straps.Amazed at how it helps my posture and how slouched I normally am.Will be using this on a regular basis to help.

I've used the support for a few days now. I've had issues with my back in the past following a car accident and the support seems to have alleviated some of the stiffness in my back that I feel in the morning. Hopefully by wearing the support on a more regular basis it'll also improve my posture which is something very important for me as I spend most of my day at a desk sitting at a computer! Time will tell whether the support will help in the long term but it can't hurt to try. The product itself is very well made and comfortable around the shoulders (especially with the included pads) so I have no worries regarding the support lasting me long into the future.

I have a bad posture; I blame years of slouching at the computer. I have been using this all week and it does tighten and support upper back. It tightens every time I slouch which prompts me to straighten my back. It's hard to say if it will correct my posture but its comfortable and defiantly supports my back.

I had a serious issue with my posture and this product definitely helps you to maintain your posture but its depend on who uses it as my partner has slight comfort issue however with me its absolutely perfect and gives you a boost throughout a day and i usually wear it for 3 hours and then remove it and train my body to keep the posture flat.

 I received this product. I have to say that it is much better than other products on the market. It has two mats that protect my armpits. This service is very intimate. There are also detailed wearing steps in the manual. Just follow it and everyone can do that. Comfortable to wear on my body and can really relieve my pain in the back.
