Too thick and firm for sleeping on your back, yet too thin and soft for side sleeping. Ironically, my old $100 Tempurpedic pillow is thicker and more supportive, but actually feels softer under compression. I think this is due to the viscoelastic properties being different so that it achieves both at the same time.

I absolutely LOVE this pillow! It is sooooo comfortable and the cooling part is nice on warm days. Sometimes my hands get uncomfortably hot at night so I'll flip the pillow over and it keeps them cool. I haven't slept this well in a long time!

this is a great pillow. I bought it because my GF had hot flashes during the night. this pillow keeps her cool and helps her to sleep. it also holds her head in a way that she doesn't snore as loud, so I can sleep

I read a few reviews that said these pillows were too hard. I love firm pillows, and this had been the best investment ever. Definitely not too firm!

Definitely a comfortable pillow but it is not cooling. Had a memory foam pillow before this one and it feels exactly the same as that one with no cooling.

Kinda short for king size pillows ...I would say they were queen .
