The ear buds themselves were mediocre from the jump. None of the different earbud sizes in the package fit me. The volume controls being on the cable made it difficult to keep it in ear. The weight imbalance caused the right ear to fall out regularly. Audio quality was fine, nothing spectacular.Now the battery doesn't charge. Can't tell whether it's the battery or the USB port that's failed. The charging light indicator stays on for a few seconds after it's plugged in, and then shuts off. Battery remains deadOverall just a cheap, bad product.

These last for 98% of the flight duration between Miami and Seattle. Nearly 8 hours from a full charge.I don't like that they don't seem to have a passage to equalize pressure between the inner ear and the atmosphere. I found that the pressure from inserting them into my ear would push my ear drum and muffle the sound. If I wiggled and twisted enough to 'burp' it, I could sometimes get the pressure right. I never had this problem with Sony in-ear buds.

I am sick of being ripped off by these Bluetooth earbuds. This piece of crap stopped working the second time I tried to charge them. They won't charge, they won't do anything. I kept them in a protective case and only used them when working out. Amazon will not take them back. Do not waste your money!

Clear sound and voice cancellation. Looks really sensitive wire, little force can damage wiring. Delivery takes 10 days, kind of too long. Overall, not the best but worth the price. 10/24/2017Ok. So, I am adding another review after 3 months. Headphone stopped working, because battery does not hold charge anymore. And it is not after abusive use. I used this headphones maybe 5-6 times in 3 months, only when I traveled on the bus.So, I would not suggest you to get this.

These headphones are great. The audio quality is very good. I mostly listen to Audible books with them but I did give them a quick music test and they performed well. The one drawback is there's no dedicated power switch. One of the three buttons on the control was multi-purposed to turn the headphones on and off. I can live with it for headphones that work reliably, but in a perfect world...

Bought these mid-October. Used them about 3 times a week for the gym. Treated them well. One day I went to use them and they just didn’t work. Tried charging them again. They would turn on and connect, then just shut off.Also, just found them badly designed generally. No identification for which bud is left or right, you can only tighten the strap a little because the power strip is in the way. This is my second pair of bluetooth earbuds and these were quite uncomfortable (even when I tried different ear pieces).

The sound quality is great but the range is not that good, if I put my hand in front of the headset with my phone right in front of me, the sound starts breaking up. other headsets don't do that.

Audio went out within 18 months of us, despite no physical damage or accidents.
