Keto Body Cut - BHB Salt Supplements That Provide Exogenous Ketones and Support Ketogenic Diet, Ketosis, Workout Performance, and Energy

I only gave it a middle of road rating because I don't know if they work or not. Had a little heart issue just after ordering and though everything worked out fine, there is some question as to whether these are now safe for me to take.

I have to say up front that I have only been using this product for a few days so far so I cannot fully comment on its ability to assist in speeding up weight loss, but I can say that I notice a significant increase in energy when I take this supplement. I wanted something with exogeneous ketones that contained a decent amount of magnesium, as I am trying to offset what I believe is a slight insulin resistance so I am hopeful this will be just what I need. Only gave it 4 stars because I have not seen the full effect yet, but there are no side effects and the energy boost is great!

There was a half empty capsule and a lot of loose powder in the bottle. I don't know how that happens. It does help me get back into ketosis quickly after I slip up. I also have more energy.

Can't really tell if they worked

Use along with bulletproof coffee and able to get thru 2 hour workout first thing in AM no problem.Gives energy boost, maintains ketone levels and can make fasting much easier to cope with. Used for 1 month, very satisfied.

I didn’t really feel any difference

I have been living a Keto lifestyle now for about six months now and it has been good, but not great. The Keto diet is very complex and everybody's body has slightly different reactions to it. Across the board, a person will lose fat when they enter Ketosis, however, how quickly one enters a state of Ketosis and how the diet affects a person's mental state varies. After taking Keto Body Cut for two days, it was like everything had finally aligned. My mental clarity returned and I energy levels went up 2x minimum. I love the Keto lifestyle and am so glad that I was introduced to it. I just needed to find the right supplement to balance whatever the diet was causing me to feel foggy headed and lethargic. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Sorry to say, these do not seem to be doing a thing. I had great hopes for them, but nothing. Followed the directions and nothing.
