This adapter was just what I needed to connect a Nintendo Wii to a new TV that didn’t have the old yellow, white & red (video & audio) ports.Just know that you will need a HDMI cable and a USB power plug adapter (the little block that goes on the end of your phone charging cord), in addition to what comes with this item, to make it all work.But once I got it all connected, the Wii worked perfect thanks to this little adapter.

Used this to convert old tv to HDMI to hook up a Roku in our bathroom. Lots of wires involved, but works great. Bought a second one to convert our Bose Lifestyle 38 to HDMI to hook up to our new LG OLED tv, which doesn’t support components. Haven’t hooked it up yet. Will post later if there are problems.

Easy, simple connections especially being able to power it using a USB port! Our new TV only has HDMI inputs so this was an inexpensive way to still connect our VCR.If you hook it up and your screen says "No Signal Detected" check the switch on the side of the adapter and try the other setting. Worked well for us.

I used this to plug my PS2 into my monitor. For that specific use case there isn’t really a need for a 720/1080 switch, with the native resolution being so low. But it works, colors seem accurate, and the response time is good.

This little box of wonder is great for sending audio/video to my rca, svideo, auxillary capture box. If you want to record your dvd's, streaming music or video to digital format, then this hdmi to rca converter is worth the money. This is well-built and is a great price that won't break the bank. The quality is excellent. Durable enough to last many years to come. Cables are included to get you going. Overall, this little box can do several things. I can now backup my entire dvd collection. Super easy to setup and use.

This was an excellent solution to meet our needs. Our old TV wiring was in the wall, and the new TV was only equipped with an HDMI receptacle.

This worked perfectly for connecting our Nintendo Wii to our new smart TV. The new TV does not have component inputs, so we needed a converter. I originally tried an HDMI converter that plugs directly into the back of the Wii and this didn't work, so I tried this component-to-HDMI converter and it worked perfectly. Basically, you use the video cable that comes with the Wii and this plugs into this converter, and then you run the HDMI cable from the converter to the TV.
