These are the best paper punches for making flowers.

These punches cut flowers cleanly out of copy paper and are a great value for three punches. The spring feel and construction seem pretty solid. I haven't tried card stock, but I'm only using them to make 3-d dogwood flowers. I use a ball-head tool to round the flower and trim off most of one petal, before overlap gluing. The Medium one is the perfect size for my current card project, but it's nice to know I can make larger and tinier flowers if I want. I love these!

I really love using these punchers. They’re pink, the flower design for the hole punch i chose was the sakura, and I love it. It seems to be very durable. i’ve only used the smallest size so far for my business punch cards and people always compliment how cute it is, but only thing that is a little frustrating is that it gets stuck sometimes when punching my business cards, they are a little on the thicker side compared to regular printer paper but i just jiggle it a little and it gets undone. Not too bad to use.

No complaints, they punch out shapes cleanly and it’s easy to empty out the shapes from the bottom.

I tried searching for several cherry blossom type cutouts and this was one of the best values since it has three sizes. So far, I have only used the smallest size for my project and it has worked great. I have punched out probably 100 or so blossoms and the punch still works great. I leave the bottom open to allow me to make many repetitive cuts without having to empty the tray.

The middle size would get stuck in the pressed position and not release. I had to pry it open to release my paper. I tried returning and getting a replacement, but the replacement set had the same issue!
