These bands are soft and flexible and they do not roll. I use them for my hips and love that they are stable and don’t cut into my thighs.

Quality of bands is very good. I love that it came with a chart for starting out. Working out great for me. Many levels of resistance so it should work out for quite awhile.

I needed to get some bands for some exercises at home from my PT. I love the colors and the quality seems fine. Value seem great. Comes with it's own little bag. I knocked one star off because I couldn't use the right away, the smell when I first opened them was awful and I had to set them out and wait.

These resistance bands are so worth the value! The quality is excellent and much better than I anticipated. They are compact and fit nicely in the accompanying storage bag. They are lightweight, and don't slip or bunch up like others I have had in the past. And, to top it off, the seller reached out to see if the bands met my expectations and shared how to to reach out if there were any problems.

This bands are actually great especially for squats i love it and it really helps.

These bands all feel the same tension to me? Or at least the lowest 3 feel the same, and maybe the stronger two are slightly different? Regardless, there are 5 bands, it feels to me like two different distinct levels of resistance only. I keep these at work to sneak in some exercise when I can. They slide up and down my yoga pants more than I would like. The colors are really calming and pretty, I appreciate their not being the bright primary colors one normally sees in these bands.

I work from home so while I’m sitting at my desk I use these just to keep my legs busy. They work great, there’s different “sizes” and they came in a little pouch to keep them in!

I've been using these bands for a couple weeks every other day if not every other day. I have to say they are impressive! I have been getting a full body workout using these bands in the comfort of my own home without having to go to a gym. I like how each band is color coded for the resistance strength, which makes it easy to identify. No matter if you are needing to use for strength training or for a workout, these bands are versatile and easy to use with good grip. Also a booklet with different types of exercises comes with the bundle and a storage bag to keep the bands. Also, there are plenty of videos on YouTube if you are looking for more types of training/workouts. The bands hold the resistance and show no signs of wearing out or losing its resistance. I highly recommend!
